The terms governing your use of Digital Marketing Snapshot's website and digital products.

Welcome to Digital Marketing Snapshot ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), owned and operated by Top GHL Snapshots Powered by TheBigBot LLC, a subsidiary of Wahi Inc. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and the purchase of our digital products and services, including but not limited to GoHighLevel CRM snapshots, funnels, conversation AI, AI agents, prompts, templates, and related assets (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase and use our Services.
  • By using our Services, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and that you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • You may not use our Services if you are subject to trade restrictions, sanctions, or embargoes under the laws of the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Canada, or Australia.

2. Digital Products and Licensing

  • All products offered through Digital Marketing Snapshot are digital in nature.
  • Each snapshot purchase includes a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for use within one HighLevel agency account only.
  • You may use the snapshot across all sub-accounts and users within your single agency, but not across multiple agencies.
  • You may not resell, redistribute, copy, share, or transfer any snapshot, funnel, AI prompt, AI agent, or digital product to another agency, company, or third party without prior written authorization from the Company.
  • Violation of this licensing rule may result in immediate termination of your access, legal action, and/or damages.

3. Refund Policy

  • All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not provide refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase is completed.
  • Exception for billing errors: If you believe you have been charged twice or charged incorrectly, you must notify us by email at support@digitalmarketingsnapshotforghl.com within 7 days of the transaction.
  • We will review your case, and if eligible, a refund will be issued to your original payment method only within 14 business days.
  • Refunds are not available for dissatisfaction, misuse, or failure to implement the purchased product.

4. Customer Responsibility

  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the compatibility of our snapshots, funnels, AI tools, and other digital products with their HighLevel account or business needs before purchase.
  • We are not responsible for misuse, improper setup, or failure to achieve specific results from our products.
  • Customers are strongly encouraged to view product demos, schedule a consultation, or contact us at support@digitalmarketingsnapshotforghl.com prior to purchase.

4a. Scope of Service & Agency Responsibilities

  • We are a software and configuration provider. We do not run, manage, or optimize advertising campaigns on your behalf, and we do not guarantee rankings, leads, traffic, revenue, client acquisition, or any other marketing outcome. Results depend on your offer, your market, your fulfillment, and your execution.
  • You are solely responsible for your own client contracts and for any data-processing agreement (DPA) or sub-processor obligations you owe your clients, and for obtaining the necessary consent before messaging your clients' contacts — including TCPA prior express consent and honoring STOP/opt-out requests for SMS, email, and AI messaging.
  • You are responsible for using the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and platform terms, and for ensuring your clients have authorized the communications you send on their behalf.

5. User Conduct

When using our website or services, you agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Share, distribute, or copy our content or digital products without authorization.
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code.
  • Engage in abusive, fraudulent, or misleading activity.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services for violations of this section.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, digital products, trademarks, and materials provided on Digital Marketing Snapshot are the property of the Company or its licensors.
  • You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any of our materials without prior written consent.
  • Unauthorized use of our intellectual property will be pursued under applicable copyright, trademark, and contract laws.
  • We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by AgencyAnalytics, ReportGarden, Whatagraph, or any other third-party platform referenced for comparison on this site. All such product names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and comparison purposes only.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • Our products and Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • We do not guarantee specific results, performance, or suitability for your individual business needs.

8. Limitation of Liability
